Celesta Rise, one of the outstanding projects jointly developed by Keppel and Phu Long, was officially topped out on the morning of January 4, 2024, marking a new milestone for the project in its journey to redefine modern living in South Saigon.
The topping out ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Mr. Joseph Low, Chairman, Real Estate Division, Keppel Corporation in Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Chairman of the Founding Board, Sovico Group, Mr. Phung Chu Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (the joint venture company of Celesta Rise project), Mr. Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, Mr. Le Viet Hai, Chairman, Hoa Binh Construction Group, and the presence of consultants, subcontractors, official agents as well as officers and employees of the parties.
Witnessing Celesta Rise gradually being completed, Mr. Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, shared: “Today, after a lot of efforts, we have reached the highest area, which is the roof of the project, marking a milestone of Celesta Rise, at the same time realizing the vision of a vibrant community that is developing strongly in the center of South Saigon.”
Celesta Rise is located in CELESTA Urban Area with a scale of 6.2 hectares. This is one of the key projects on the main road Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be. Above all, CELESTA Urban Area is also the project marking the first cooperation between Keppel - a global asset management and operation enterprise and Phu Long - a prestigious real estate group in developing green and sustainable projects.
Celesta Rise, with a scale of 2.8 hectares, the first subdivision of CELESTA Urban Area, including 923 luxury apartments, will bring a variety of utilities to serve residents of all ages, redefining modern living standards and inspiring new things in the daily lives of future residents.
The project is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2024.
